Isabelle de Montagu is President of Atlantek, llc, a consulting firm whose mission is to help small to mid-sized international companies set up operations in the U.S. Atlantek has knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, strategic communications, business intelligence, market entry strategy, business development, and cross-cultural coaching.
Isabelle has more than 15 years experience in business development strategies of innovative products and services in international environments with an emphasis on adequacy to market and competitive advantage.
She has has worked in such industries as information technology, defense, urban planning, security, and 3D Engineering. Her network runs deep both in the East Coast and Federal Government sector and in the West Coast, in the Silicon Valley as well as the entertainment industry in Southern California.
Her in-depth understanding of the European and U.S. markets best serves the specific needs of companies facing the challenges of working in the global environment while maintaining their cultural identity.
Conducting business both in Washington DC and in Paris, in the public and private sectors, she has long standing contacts with U.S. universities, Think Tanks and Institutes. She has been on the Advisory Board of the University of Maryland University College, a guest speaker and a faculty assistant in the MBA Marketing program on issues concerning Global and Multicultural Marketing.
Based on her extensive experience with start-up companies, she offers specific programs to prepare entrepreneurs position themselves on the global market and coaches small to mid-size companies who intend to bring their projects to the U.S.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Psychology from Syracuse University, and received a Masters Degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
