John Bradley joins Cowan Strategies as a senior advisor in business development where he draws upon a successful career and contacts throughout the world.
Mr. Bradley attended Florida State University where he graduated in 3 years Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Philosophy. He attended Cornell University Law School, beginning at age 19, before working in NYC and Los Angeles for FOX, Warner Bros International Television, NBC and Sony Pictures in a 20+ year career in the Entertainment Industry. He was stationed in Zagreb, Yugoslavia in 1988 as part of the first year FOX Television start-up of production in that former Cold War country. He traveled and worked in Hungary, the former Czech Republic and most notably, Lithuania over the course of the next decade as he was posted to Vilnius, Lithuania (2 years), Rome (1 year) and Montevettolini (1 year), Italy among many other locations. He was based in Los Angeles with recurring roles in several long running hit shows including ER, CSI Miami, Desperate Housewives and In Living Color. He has filmed with leading Directors, including Roland Emmerich (Independence Day) and Tim Burton (Mars Attacks) and has performed scenes with Jack Nicholson, Hillary Swank, Jennifer Aniston, Tea Leoni and Damon Wayans to name just a few.
After leaving the Hollywood phase of his career he started an Insurance Agency focused on Employee Benefits and Communication which he grew to become the #1 office in the country in its size segment for Colonial Life, winning awards for “Office of the Year” and “People Development Award”, and multiple Eagle Awards for top production. For 6 consecutive years, Mr. Bradley was invited to the elite Leaders Conference, the annual enterprise level sabbatical for the <1% of the more than 7000 agents nationwide. Mr. Bradley is a product of the Kinder Management School (developed originally at Purdue University) and a devotee of David Sandler’s Marketing and Sales Systems. He is the father of two, his oldest an aspiring Peace Corp volunteer currently at Colorado State University, and youngest, a left-handed HS sophomore with dreams of pitching at the D1 and MLB level.
